Identifying potential professionals;
Carrying out personal interviews for obtaining more information on knowledge, competencies and skills;
Gathering personal and professional letters of recommendation for pre-approved candidates;
Creating résumés for those approved, as well as compiling reports (including professional and behavioral aspects);
Sending reports to our Clients, scheduling interviews and following up on each project until its conclusion;
Providing constant feedback to Clients and Candidates involved;
Assuring the replacement of candidates that fail to meet expectations.
